At Muskogee Family Medicine, our goal is promote good health and enable you to feel your best. We accept several types of insurance, cash, checks, and most credit cards. We offer payment plans on large balances for our established patients. However, new patients must pay their portion of charges (e.g. Copay, Deductible, etc.) at their first visit.

**Many insurance companies have networks that may require you use a physician within a certain hospital's area or a specified Primary Care Physician (PCP). Please contact your insurance company to verify that your chosen doctor is within your plan's network. If you have a HMO policy, please verify that you have specified your chosen doctor as your PCP with the insurance company.
